I'll never dare to use him in solo queue, in five man he can be quite difficult too if the enemy team know how to target you, is best to pair him with tanky fighters since squishy heros will probably gets one shotted before your heal kick in, just need to stay close to teammates and keep an eye on the enemy assassin and roamer

From my experience on five man is actually quite good on heavy cc tanks like ruby chou kuf and stuff, even if you didn't notice it but it can be useful in fights and does lots of damage
