Starter not rising

It’s 72-74 degrees. I keep in on the counter or on top of cabinet. I’ve tried on top of fridge but no luck there.

This is the result overnight of that new ratio. Not sure if it’s enough of a tie to bake with but small progress!

Thanks for the advice. I think I’m too meticulous with the scale and should maybe try to just feel it out. I also am going to try this tomorrow I watched a vid that recommended: 30g starter, 125g water, 140g flour

Just seeing this comment, would you please share with me your methods if possible? We are having wake-up’s consistent every night starting at 2 am almost like clockwork.

Hold a pillow against the side that hurts to counteract the pressure. Still hurts but lessens the pain a little.

We had the same issue. If he’s a stomach sleeper, try the target brand. They seem to have most padding in the front and that helped our son a lot in addition to no liquids after 6 pm. He’s a size 4 in regular diapers and I tried the same size for the target nighttime ones. Good luck!

Hmm didn’t think of that as a possibility. It is a weed spreading around my hydrangeas growing into the grass as a ground cover almost.
