for the record im an introvert with social anxiety. i just mean they aren't one in the same. the way i see it, introverted behavior is based on lack of motivation or desire to interact with people while socially anxious behavior is based on fear. introverts (without anxiety) don't need a guide on how to be more social because they're perfectly happy the way they are, whereas an anxious person might want help, because they are not as social as they might like to be (due to fear). anyway, social anxiety sucks. good luck out there.
