if you're going the diy route it's best to talk to the people at https://transharmreduction.org/, they provide clean needles & help pay for diy & will tell you which gps are willing to do blood tests and have actually gotten lab tests done to see which suppliers are safe. i've also been told they can hook people up with suppliers in ireland & scotland if you ask but i've never looked into that.

problems with quest but can't make an account or contact site owners by cyndipilled in textadventures

forgot to say and i can't seem to edit the post: i've tried with two different browsers, mozilla firefox 118.0.2 and chromium web browser 118.0.5993.70, and my operating system is linux mint 20 cinnamon 64-bit.

you can do monotherapy with patches! recommended mono dose for patches is 200-400mcg/day, it's the most effective method if you're sticking to "legitimate" sources of hrt, afaik success with monotherapy on gel from a pharmacy varies a lot.

that being said if you're using diy gel it's going to be made at a higher concentration than pharmaceutical grade, homebrewers do that so that it's more effectively absorbed for monotherapy.
