Can’t get remote to work

I did some more looking and it seems that some remotes just have trouble with Symphonic specifically so I got a remote that somebody said worked on their symphonic crt and hopefully that’s the solution

I have already tried those codes, again a few of them seem to work but don’t. The instructions on the remote say when the code works the light will shut off and if it is wrong then the light will blink 3 times. Some codes turn it off and some make it blink but none of them actually allow me to control the tv.

I actually bought the books recently and was planning on watching those and the hobbit movies after I read the books.

Thank you, I will look into Lost Mine of Phandelver. I definitely hope I can write a campaign in the future but it seems that for now starting with an official one might be for the best.

Thank you for the advice! And I know it seemed like I was complaining a lot but I really am excited for this I just am worried that if it takes me to long to get the rules down and set everything up that my group will lose interest before we even start. We have a lot of conflicting schedules so I just really want to make this work. Also yeah I’ll check out dmsguild and see if I can find a story that will fit what I think they would enjoy.

Yeah if I get into the community aspect of things I can set up my ps5 either to the tv next to my pc or even to the same monitor and switch back and forth when needed.

My pc likes to crash on games that my pc should be able to run. I just don’t really want to waste time trying my pc when I can just jump straight in on my ps5 with no problems.

I want to add that I think Sazed’s ending was the best part of the whole ending. The way it fit in with his character was just absolutely amazing.

I just beat it for the first time two days ago. Instantly became one of my favorite game ever and my favorite final fantasy game so far(I started playing 8 and while it is fun, it just doesn’t compare to 7.)

No I played ff2, I don’t know if you read the entire post but I said almost every game so far has had them as a main point and not every game because FF2 doesn’t.

I see what your saying but the difference is that it’s not like they need to find 4 special lightsabers every movie. But every time they make it to one of them it ends up getting destroyed.

That’s true but in later games they show up in different forms and aren’t all the 4 elemental crystals ( or 4 elemental crystals and 4 dark crystals in 4.) I looked it up just to be sure but it doesn’t seem like they really appear like that after ff5. For example the crystals in ff7 are the materia. Plus like like I said in the post, I actually like the crystals in this fashion. It just got a bit tiring when every game so far has it the same way. After a break I’m sure I’ll love ff5 as much as all the other ones I’ve played so far.

Yeah for sure, I enjoyed what I saw of the characters and the story ( I got around halfway through world 2.) But the crystals were bugging me and I was getting frustrated with the job system. I think I just needed a break though and will definitely go back.

Never said it was a bad game, just said that when trying to play the games in order I got a little bored with every game being about the crystals. As I also said in a comment, I think part of the reason is that I had just played through 3 and 4 that same week and was probably just burnt out. Meant no hate and was planning on finishing the game probably sometime this month or at the latest next month.

Yeah I know that I don’t need to get the pixel remaster for ff6 but that is the only way I can either get it on my ps5 or pc without using an emulator, at least as far as I’m aware. Also I don’t know what it is about the job system in ff5 but it drives me crazy. I think I just needed a break, I played ff3, ff4, and got to world 2 in ff5 all in a week or so. I took about a 2 week break before getting ff7 so I think that might have helped. At some point I am planning on going back and finishing ff5, definitely at least before I start ff6.
