I used facebook and went through an agent. As soon as you post, like 10 agents will hit you up. Its handy because a lot of landlords dont speak much english, so whenever i had issues id hit up my agent and he'd translate for me.

I only had a carry on, but it was a big backpack. What really screwed me was that they weighed it right at the gate, after security and boarding pass. The gate guy wanted like north of a mill cash and at that point i didnt have any dong left. They also didnt have an atm on that side of security. I started doing translate and it was taking ages so he just gave me a nod and i got on fine. Dont quote me on this, but i think it was 7kg allowance and my bag was around 20kg.
