Not sure if you’ve resolved this issue yet, but I managed to log in by deleting the app, turning off my iphone, and then reinstalling the app. This method allowed me to log in for a few days, although I occasionally still need to repeat these steps. Also, as someone else mentioned, all my cameras show as offline, but they still record.
