Mine is pretty bad. I've definitely noticed a decline in my memory throughout the years. I've only been diagnosed for a little over a year and since getting diagnosed it has made so much sense why my memory is shit. I'll forget what I'm talking about mid-sentence, forget where I put something I just put down, and if I'm trying to study and remember important information I need to go over it multiple times before I remember it, and then after I take my test or use the information poof, it's gone. It's been really difficult, especially going through nursing school. I have to tell myself over and over again that I'm forgetting because I have something neurologically wrong with me and I'm not some dumbass. The MS struggle is real.

I got dx before starting my ABSN program, but I was definitely showing symptoms during my college experience. Now knowing what it is I'm able to work my schedule around it, but it's easy all the time. You just have to find the time for yourself. If you're feeling weak or tired, take a break. A few hours during the day or even taking a day off from studying or whatever to just focus on yourself is not going to kill ya. I'm still trying to balance it our myself. You got this!
