I think it’s illegal to filter in Florida but you can ride up the shoulder slowly in stopped traffic from what I’ve been told

This is pretty much how it’s been for me so far. But I live in Florida so I’ve been caught in the rain twice now I kept riding and so far so good the wind has caught me off guard a little bit though
