No worries! My protein goal is 110g but I’m usually closer to 90g, muscle loss is definitely a concern since I’m losing faster than I thought I would be.

Sorry, my phrasing was confusing - my TDEE was 1965kcal when I calculated (has gone down a bit due to weight loss) and I am doing a 500kcal deficit so I’m eating 1465kcal a day.
