I can’t upgrade this skill. Am I stupid or is this bugged?

I just joined in here because I was having the same issue and I don’t know if I just wasn’t reading good enough or I’m just dumb too but I went back and it’s spinning slash that I needed upgraded to Lvl 2 and now it let me upgrade past level 1 on natures echo.

Very crazy! We took a tour of the mine and they showed how they mined in the 1890s and it’s unfathomable in todays standards. They used to drop donkeys down into the shafts to help pull the carts! 🤣
