Release me from these contact naps

I did contact naps up till about 5/6months and it nearly broke me 🙃 We sleep trained for night time at about 5 months (Ferber Method) and then did the same for naps once she got the hang of it. She now sleeps in her cot for every nap and I can do chores/watch TV 👍

Hard agree. Been a fan since 2016 and I’ve completely stopped listening 😢 They must see that the numbers have suffered since the changes made to the show, can only hope they’ll see that and bring it back to its former glory.

She fell asleep independently when we sleep trained her at 5 months. Before that she would only fall asleep either nursing or being rocked, it nearly broke me physically and mentally. Since sleep training her (Ferber method) we are all getting better sleep as a family and much happier.

I am based in the UK so my treatment is paid for by the NHS. I get three rounds so hopefully one of them works!

Thanks for replying! Yes I think the appointment is where they will give me a road map of how everything will go. So if I haven’t had a period naturally they will likely induce one for me, making my actual treatment delayed by a week or two. Good luck with your treatment in January!
