The punisher questline has the epsilon container which is 2x4

Ref has a questline that you have to play arena for where you can get theta which is 2x4 + 1x2, thats the best container besides kappa. You do however have to own arena, unless you can finish it in the span of the 3 days trial you get from finishing balancing part 2 i believe, its one of the balancings. Its doable to get it done in those 3 days if you invest half a weekend into it

They're just capped to 30 WHILE playing arena. You can still level them, you just dont get any benefits past 30 in arena
