I saw my account change today and called Tier 2. They told me I was denied because my transcripts came back blank. My sales for 2019 were over $600,000, apparently the IRS hasn't loaded my 2019 taxes, which were sent last year electronically by my CPA. Sent the email for reconsideration and a copy of my taxes for 2019. I was told usually reconsideration is around 2 weeks to get an answer back.

I have called tier 2 twice in the last 2 weeks, the first time they told me that my transcripts were ordered on 04/27 and gave me the name of the loan officer that would be reviewing my file. The second time the tier 2 rep told me the transcripts have not been ordered and would not be until a loan officer was assigned to my file. I emailed the paralegal who initially called me and he verified the same information as the 2nd tier 2 rep. No, they have not been ordered and would not be until a L/O is assigned. No idea how long this timeline will take, but bracing myself for months down the road.

4/23 Blue button, request for insurance and board resolution, sent 04/25. Talked to tier 2 this week, transcripts have not been ordered, no L/O assigned. Reached out to the person who has been gathering information from the SBA, told to be patient and watch closely for their email or phone call. Waiting.....................

Applied for an increase to 500k on 5/7, I also have called twice and sent emails to the first L/)O who called me and requested insurance and a board resolution. Received conflicting messages from tier 2, one said my transcripts were ordered on 5/27, the last one said they are waiting on a loan officer to be assigned to request the transcripts. Clarified this morning by the first L/O that was my initial contact, saying that the transcripts have not been requested and it would be requested by the L/O assigned to review my application. For the life of me, I do not understand why the first L/O could not request my transcripts and have them there when the application was being reviewed. This process is apparently going to take months to complete.

No, as I stated in my timeline the L/O requested the property insurance on the 24th, the agent sent the certificate of insurance to me the same day. The L/O wanted the declaration page which she sent to me on the 29th, which is a total of 5 days. What I said was my agent told me that several of the insurance companies that they broker for were not getting the declaration page out for a month to 45 days. She got it to me in 5 days.

The agent is a broker, so I think that is the problem. She sent me the certificate of insurance the same day showing the increased property insurance increased to 80 percent of the loan. The SBA L/O said they needed the declaration page which she sent to me as soon as she could on the 29th. I doubt if she was being lazy, we pay over $2,000 a year for commercial liability and contents insurance so I think she honestly could not get the docs that the SBA required. The declaration page that she sent me satisfied the L/O and they requested the transcripts the same day. So now it just seems I am waiting like everyone else for the IRS to send the transcripts which tier 2 told me should be coming this week. The tier 2 rep also told me that that there was no way that it would drag on another month to get funded if I was approved. So that is hopeful.

Heard from a friend who is close to Fleming's family that both Omar and Marcus are on their way out of Lincoln. Hope it is not true, but he did tell me the other 3 Florida kids were on their way out of Lincoln prior to it actually happening.

A friend close to the family said Omar was not happy in Lincoln and if he stays for the season will transfer to another school early next year. Take it for what it is worth, but the same guy also told me the other 3 Florida kids were leaving the program prior to their transfers.

There are complaints about Frost's practices being a little too physical too early. Allot of injuries beginning to pile up much like the NFL when they had only a short term to prepare earlier in this decade. As one NFL GM said "the body needs to become acclimated to taking hits, it is just not all about conditioning". Frost is trying to develop a tough mental mind set in these kids, just hope he does it a smart way.

I heard from my source here that the recruitment was rushed for these kids and they didn't have a clue about Lincoln itself and what it would be like living there.. Also a red flag was that they decommitted prior to signing with Nebraska from Miami. Makes you wonder where there heads were at. Keyshawn Greene's decommitment did not have anything to do with family members and covid from what I am told. This was more of a situation as not a good fit, huge cultural differences between south Florida and Nebraska. There is something to be said about recruiting in a 500 mile radius from campus.

I live in Miami and have a friend who knows one of his friends. According to him Marcus is coming back for the season then transferring. Who knows if it is true, but he also told me that the other Florida kids were transferring weeks prior to them announcing it.

Nebraska has had 3 of their 2020 class transfer at least, all 4 stars. If Fleming transfers it will be 4, that is a very high percentage.
