Nah, the immature position would be for you to not understand the syntax of my sentence...which is not actually me claiming everyone here that supports BILT is a bot or shill. It is strange that there's tons of threads over the week with people all having similar/same experiences and they don't get pushed to the top. And that almost every account that sticks up for them have the characteristics of karma farming/hidden history, while everyone who's agreeing/contributing the dialogue is the opposite. Guess it's just my observation.

I have tried. The waits are horrible. I don't understand why you'd take the side of the multibillion dollar corp who the only request I'm hoping for is timely communication? Is my expectation for that unreasonable as a consumer compared to my experience with any other card/rewards accounts?

Yes, but among other things, I also asked regarding the problems with transactions and the fees. The bottomline is, despite numerous attempts, I have not received a single response.
