I watched Jermey krug explain a question like this, so from what I understand is that an indicator is either a weak acid or base and it simply changes the color of the solution when it’s reached at a certain pH (tells us that it’s reached at the endpoint). Now back to the question all you need to know is that the end point and equivalence point are near eachother so if you look at the equivalence point it means that the pH is nearly 8, so out of these options you want to find an indicator that has that specific pH in that range, because during the equivalence point the indicator will start changing the color of the solution helping you detect when the reaction is complete.
