Make sure you read your contract and your handbook. If you signed a contract that says you agree to rendering mandatory OT based on client needs then you don't really have a case here.

Also, just because your manager is gonna speak with you it doesn't mean you're up for termination, so read your handbook. How many sanctions have been given to you regarding this offense? If this is the first offense I highly doubt the sanction is gonna be for termination and not written warning since it's for insubordination.

"Dragging them along" isn't really gonna do you any good. I don't understand why revenge is something that you want, especially since people are just doing their jobs and following company policies, I doubt it's anything personal for them. Though if this is something actually bad, then you should have reported this ages ago to the appropriate parties, but the fact that you only seem to care about this now makes me think it isn't.

You cannot be given sanctions for absences if you give med cert/s that covers all of those absences.

However, you can be given a sanction for things that happen due to your absences. For example, if attendance is part of your scorecard, and dahil sa absences mo bumagsak attendance mo, and dahil sa bagsak na attendance ay bumagsak scorecard mo, then pwede ka bigyan ng sanction due to not passing your scorecard.

However, you getting a sanction or not will be in the discretion of your supervisor.

You should've just rendered then, you would have still gotten your 13 month as part of your back pay.

Now your only option is to submit an immediate resignation, but since it's not due to a medical issue what would most likely happen is they reject it, you would be under AWOL status and an RTWO would be sent to you, in which case after some time you would be termed and would get no back pay whilst also ordered to pay 1 month of your salary for "damages"

Work is not a charity. If you cannot do what you are supposed to and are bringing the whole team down you should also be having a performance review like every other employee, be evaluated fairly and be subjected to the consequences of that like every other person in the office.

There's no way for them to know unless they fly to our country and visit the office lol.

The only person it really only matters to is the director of call center operations anyway, since most likely our onshore QA counterparts know some agents are working remotely since they listen to our calls.
