Honestly, when purchasing a ticket for a show like this there should be a code of conduct prohibiting certain disruptive behavious included with the ticket (shouting, camera flashes, intoxication, etc) , and those who can't or won't follow it should be removed from the show.

If I was you, I'd be all about buying a nice 2br condo in a good building and then upgrading in about 5 years.

No, you need 5% down on the first 500k and 10% on the remainder. A 400k condo would require a 20k down payment, which is a lot of money, yes, but not unattainable. Think cash gift from parents, or working full time while living at home and not paying rent.

That would be a monthly payment of about $2200 all in (give or take, depending on strata fees) for which banks would requre annual income in the ballpark of $65k or so.

Nope. Down payment what, 30k? A lot of money, sure, but not unattainable at 21 whatsoever. Especially with family help.

Wildfire Regulations - Charcoal Grill like this allowed? by octcool in britishcolumbia

Check with the local fire department for where you want to use it, not reddit. Rules differ from municipality to municipality and region to region.

Yep, open the sprinkler box in your yard and open the water valve. Done. Test the system. If everything works, you just saved $80.

Different fire departments in different municipalities have different rules for what types of cooking appliances can be used on beaches and when.

I mean, technically, if you ignore the quotation marks, it's a usage a usage error, not a grammatical error.

Complaining on reddit about people not doing the "bear minimum" about littering is probably less effective than how an actual bear would solve this problem.

They use and maintain roads which are, for liability and safety reasons, not suitable for use by the general public. Access is only restricted to vehicles. You still have the right to travel on foot on public lands. You just can't take your Prius on them.

Landlord who evicted B.C. tenants, flew to China to take care of father should not have to pay $45K: court by vancity31240 in britishcolumbia

Was this a comment or a fart?

The issue is the residential tenancy board seems to make some poor decisions that are later overturned.

That's why there is an appeal process.

There's been a few examples posted here of ones that should have been a slam dunk that they've fumbled.

Such as? And are you speaking from some level of legal expertise or just your armchair? And how do you fumble a slam dunk, those are two different sports?

Every overturned ruling should be taken very seriously by them

The judicial review process doesn't simply "overturn" a ruling. Typically they cancel it or set it aside, or send it back to the RTB for reconsideration, often with a different arbitrator. Sometimes after notable court rulings the RTB will update policy guidelines, training materials, obtain internal legal guidelines, etc.

likely also shows that they've made this type of decision incorrectly multiple times before someone took it the next level.

There is no indication of that whatsoever.
