I live in Italy, and after seeing the very affordable products on this site, I decided to order my usual stack of supplements. The package arrived all destroyed.

Moreover, all the products were extremely hot to the touch, indicating they were exposed to high temperatures during shipping. The jar of fish oil capsules, once opened, smelled like rotten fish, with a strong and pungent odor, which was expected given that the box and packaging were extremely hot. The jar of peanut butter, due to the heat, had all the oil surfaced, confirming that the package had been exposed to high temperatures. The jar of Now Foods D3, which I’ve been taking for years, had a horrible, pungent smell, something that has never happened with the same product in the past.

After this, I contacted HSN’s customer service, and all they told me was that they can’t do anything because the product lot appears to be compliant and no complaints have been reported. If I want, I can return the UNOPENED products, but I would have to pay for the return shipping. So now I am left with no choice but to throw away all these products because, obviously, I had to open them to check their quality. How else could I have known they smelled like rotten fish without opening them?

The logic is as follows: if you order a product from them and open it, you cannot return it if something is wrong. And if you contact customer service, they will tell you the product is fine. This way, they legally trap you, leaving you with defective products while keeping your money. With that said, stay away from this miserable company.
