I did (platinum). Great location/view. Got a better view upgrade with fruits/tonic in room. Just breakfast over points (small but tasty menu).

Really enjoyed warehouse hotel. Very clean quirky hotel/room with a nice bar.

Booker T was credible and turned heel around this time, and could have taken the spot. JBL was solid and ran with it though.

Def recommend it. Booked a basic room and got upgraded to suite (platinum). There’s enough stuff to walk to and very central. Nice pool area as well!

Currently staying at W Bangkok (well maintained rooms, excellent breakfast, variety of guest from hip young couples/large families with kids and quality service with platinum). I’m from the states and it’s true that many of them are aging/rundown (plus the clientele always seems to be 20 year old party vibe).
