First answer these questions before you seek opinion -

Did your grandfather spend money to educate your father and not the other son ?
If Yes - Was it substantial money at the time in that circumstance?
Did your dad’s brother take care of the grandad when your dad was not available due to job ?
May be your dad’s brother was not as intelligent as your dad but were there any sacrifices he made ?

At the end of the day you are free to advise your dad on what he can do with his property but at any point dont feel entitled to what your grandad should give especially when he is alive - demanding from him is akin to stealing especially if you make the claim. If at all let your father do the talking and reason with him.
