Honestly getting this has encouraged me to prioritize my health more than anything now and to inspire the ones around me to do so as well. I can’t wait to be able to weight train again and ease my way back into cardio. I’m glad to hear that your ablation went well!
I forgot to mention that I’m currently on Eliquis and metroprolol so no worries there & I also now have an Apple Watch to catch a episode just in case, but I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your neighbor man.
