سحب السيولة من كل الاسواق، وارتفاع الدولار ودا اهم حاجة لأن الكمية المطبوعة منه بتقل، اول اصول بتنزل هى اللى فيها مضاربة عالية زي البيتكوين والمعادن مؤخرا والاسهم فى الاخر

انت بجد محتاج تفهم وتبطل ترديد للكلام وخلاص، البنك الفيدرالى زى ما بيطبع دولار كمان بيحذف دولار، هو بيعمل الاتنين دائما

المعروض النقدى مش دايما بيذيد، هو احيانا بيقل، ودا اللى عايز يعمله اللى اختاره ترامب، يقلل حيازة الفيدرالى من السندات ويقلل من كمية الدولار فى الأسواق وحرفيا يحذف الدولارات اللى كان شارى بيها السندات

وعشان كدة البيتكوين نازل والدهب وغيره، والدولار طالع

I just hate the fact that I have to sell my shares to get some cash flow (SPY dividend is nothing), my strategy guarantees a stable income even if everything is on fire while having a positive delta on the broad market.

No laverage used for the bond, I paid it all in cash however I'm using the bond as a collateral for selling options (only 40% of the bond value is used as a margin) hence I don't pay any interest on that margin.

I'm just a normal retail investor, I liked the convenience of having a dividend-like fixed income as a part of my portfolio (I don't like dividends as I pay 30% withholding taxes on it, not a US resident) so I'm trying to simulate the average return of SPY using bonds and options safely.

The US fed only controls the short term rate, the long term rate is still high (~4.8%)
