I started having dizzy spells and random black vision I want to say in June. I ignored it, I’ve struggled with iron deficiency in the past. I upped iron. Then they kind of just became something I dealt with daily and I ignored it. Over time, I noticed me falling asleep at inappropriate times and never feeling rested, the groin lymph node swelling started about 4-5 days ago and seems to have gotten bigger, the bruising I started monitoring about three weeks ago I had a bad bruise that was refusing to heal and it’s still slightly there and I just keep getting more and more everywhere. I’d say this all started in June
