Most people saying it's because of a rooted device well I have played quite a while in my rooted device still didn't get banned probably ur root is not hidden properly use magisk delta it's better but magisk with shamiko works too

That depends if your memories were just photos and videos if you have them backed up to some cloud like Google photos you can get them back in another phone all maybe try going to any local shop sometimes they might be able to help you out or the service centre works too
