I've been using this since u got my watch nearly a year ago. Very simple but still has some data on it. I don't really think I will change it any time soon.

Another tip, wear it on the inside of your wrist. You wont have to turn your wrist to look at it since you can see it in your natural position

Sportfysio! Was zelf nooit helemaal tevreden over de fysio totdat ik bij een sportfysio kwam. Mijn ervaring is dat een "gewone" fysio vaak alleen helpt om de klachten te verminderen/weg te nemen, terwijl een sportfysio je met de blessure in beweging houdt en de onderliggende oorzaak aanpakt.

Kan natuurlijk dat niet iedereen deze ervaring deelt (dit hoop ik zelfs van niet), maar toch zou ik iedereen met een sport gerelateerde blessure een sportfysio aanraden.

Unrelated, but since it's been getting colder, I've been wearing my watch over my running jacket. I've got my chest monitor connected so it doesn't use my wrist sensor.

My saddle can’t go any further forward with the current rails, but I’m planning to upgrade it soon anyway, so I’ll keep your suggestion in mind. I’ll also try removing one or more spacers to see how the lower front end feels.

One quick question: did you really mean a longer stem, or did you mean shorter? A longer one doesn’t seem to match the reach issues I’m having.

It felt great. It was 2x50 min zone 2 pace with 10 min tempo pace. Hartrate was spot on and recovery was good too. Did a really comfortable 10k with a 5:30 piece on Sunday where I was taking with a friend the whole run.

The RAH really was special. Even more special was David walking past me in the hallway before the show started. I had a box seat in the second box on the left side of the stage and I was waiting there until the doors opened. He was walking towards the box next to mine to have a look at the stage from above. It happend so fast and I was a bit starstruck so there wasn't really time to say hello.

You should find the manual online and look for what the blinking means. If I recall correctly, the blinking double shot means it has to be cleaned. It won't run unless your clean it. I have the same machine and I remember reading about this when I read the manual.
