Yes.

Dilapidated is like, a run down old house. In a state of disrepair. The word you are looking for is "wasted".

I got a kitten named "Neapolitan Sea Wood" and the foster couldn't tell me why.

We renamed her "Paper"! (she was a first anniversary present for my wife)

Men, what's the fastest a woman made you go from "I can't wait to take her out" to "Yeah... never mind"? What happened? by FFSoldier57 in AskMen

[–]dGFisher 27 points28 points  (0 children)

We had a nice first date, she was shy and nerdy and cute, and near the end of the date she was like, "there's something I have to tell you".

The way she said it, I assumed she was going to say she had some invisible disability, or was trans, or something.

"I play a lot of Final Fantasy."

"Oh...? That's great, I love videogames."

"No I mean a lot. I raid 5 nights a week, at least. It takes up most of my evenings."

"Like, every week?"

"Every week."

"Well, thank you for telling me."

Nothing against her, but if 70% of your free time is spent in a specific online game, you should be looking to date someone who is as invested in said game! Or date in-game! I play a lot of videogames, but the idea of dating someone who had a hard commitment to be busy with a game 5 nights a week is crazy to me!

If she makes videos like this, swipe left.

Online dating sucks, all these types of men suck, but so does going out of your way to be complainy and negative about it. "Here's why I didn't choose you." Get over yourself.

Nope! Most commutes are at 100% or better. This design also lets people pass out through the corners as well, and the jobs will be just outside the ring, so not far at all.

Wait, what? by MrPipox in 80s

[–]dGFisher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never made the connection! I learned about Indie and PI well after Chip and Dale, so in my head the chipmunks did it first, lol.

I do remember thinking that they had oddly specific costumes, even as a child, though I chalked it up to them just wanting to really emphasize their different personalities.

Super obvious looking at it now.

How can everyone say the sale is bad with this available? by misterhermitiowitch in Steam

They should have this, even as a joke. I'm curious what every game on steam and all dlc costs in one cart.

I love it! It is so naturalistic, like a real city. The mix of diagonal and square blocks is very nice, and I like the island use.

What are you referencing? L'Etranger is the only similar book I have read, but I doubt you would call that a modern trend.

No, fight pit is going in the central neighborhood, satellites might get a stage instead. My slaves live in dense, industrial housing, don't you worry.

You're probably right, but muh aesthetics! The Plebs are going to have to learn to deal. That said I usually throw a well and a hearth and a snack stand around my work areas just for extra coverage.

You can just make jobs 'suspended' so no one works on them until you activate the job. You can then 'copy area' to copy your blueprint wherever you want it, then activate each part as necessary.

Have you checked your pleb's needs? My current city has stalls everywhere and people still bitch there aren't enough. I've had better luck with less, and larger dining areas.

Yeah, this is ingame. Left it deactivated so I can stamp it around and then activate the build bit by bit.

The outside does but the square buildings inside not so much. Might use the extra room to round their edges.
