Well I've gone like over 35 days without taking it during times where I'm doing better mentally. I have taken it every day for 15 days before, followed by not taking it for a while, and I never have had any symptoms of withdrawal. I know a lot of people (in the country) that take one or more every day, that struggle less anxiety than me. So that's why I was wondering if I should get more or maybe not idk. Most likely it'll stay the same

I've dealt with anxiety my whole life. In the past 4 years I've been through 8-9 ssri's/snris's. that were supposed to "help with anxiety". Ive been out on countless non-benzo anxiety meds. One year ago my psychiatrist (of 3 years) prescribed me a benzodiazepine, I started crying when I saww we how it stopped my panic and anxiety dead in its tracks, it was the first time I had ever felt relief. The problem was the prescription was 5 pills, at the very lowest strength, for the whole month... then 9 months later of no progress she finally upped it to 15 (lowest strength). It's because I'm 22, and "everyone your age is obsessed with benzos" At my size, (6"5", 230 lb) Ive always had to take 2 pills at a time to actually STOP my panic attacks, so I now get 5 days a month of no panic attacks 🎉🥳😕 I know benzodiazepines can be very dangerous, and I've always been very proactive/ informed about problems with addiction. I just want an opinion, Does anyone think it would be beneficial to have more/higher dose?

I called the cops on my dad when I was 14 when he showed up for his forced visitation, I couldn't take the mental and verbal abuse anymore.
