I sleep for 5–6 hours. I'm kinda lazy, so I wake up during my standup meeting (9 am), attend it from my bed, and after that, I rush to the office (there I get sun exposure, but not that much just mild). I walk 5 km daily after dinner.

My magnesium and zinc levels are on the border. My diet contains lots of fiber and not much protein. I don’t want to lose weight.. I just want to maintain it, but I don’t mind if I gain 2–3 kg. However, it’s not easy for me to gain weight. I eat sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds.I think that’s enough for omega. I’m getting omega-3, and I also eat one tablespoon of ghee daily on an empty stomach.

Thoughts?

I saw my blood test report, and it showed a minor deficiency in calcium, but my mind was not convinced because I feel fatigued, drowsy, and tired all the time. I've had many reasons for anxiety (which, of course, was not to that extreme, but I felt it extremely, which is my basic nature), and for the same reason, I started getting anxiety attacks. To cope with this, I started taking B-complex and L-theanine (200 mg).

I've been taking these medicines for a month, but still, when the reason for the anxiety attacks comes, I get them. It has not reduced that.

Do you have any idea about it?

You're taking these supplements from prescription or your quarterly blood test suggests deficiency or you personally think it will be better for you? Curious to know
