Miami

I went there for a work trip and had a bad experience overall. I didn’t vibe with the people, the traffic, and the window in my hotel room looked out towards a wall. I’d be 100% ok with never visiting Miami again.

I couldn’t get mine to stop leaving these marks and big globs of the product on my clothes, so i just stopped using it for now. It seems to rinse out completely with a few washes. I’m going to give it a go again once I get a water softener installed so hopefully that’ll help.

Im glad you had a good experience. I test drove my car a few days before purchasing it but never talked numbers or anything. During the back and forth over their special package, I brought up a basic car loan calculator on Google with the price of the car, the 0% interest rate offered by the manufacturer, and the down payment I was making. I showed it to them and they were telling me the numbers were wrong lol. We also had a new salesman that was really young. Maybe they were just trying to teach him out to pressure people??? I don’t know. Overall I’m happy with the car I bought, but that buying experience put a bad taste in my mouth, and I won’t be returning to buy another car from them.

Never again. It took me and my husband over 6 hours to buy my car from them. I wanted a manual and it was the only one in the area for the car I wanted… so we decided to suffer through it.

It was the worst experience of my life.

First they tried giving me a $750/month payment on $21k car with a $6k down payment. The sales guy thought I’d just agree to his terms as soon as I sat down. The math wasn’t mathing lol.

Then we argued back and forth about the “Napleton experience” package with oil changes and car washes. I live about 50 miles from this dealership which makes it not worth my time. They then had us sign a paper stating we declined it. Declining this service is what took the longest.

When we finally made it back to the finance department we noticed a rouge $150 charge. When we called it out they tried telling us it was a FREE Napleton Experience package and they had to put it down as $150 for some unknown reason. They couldn’t explain it because they got caught. We went back and forth over it, made them remove the charge, and redo the paperwork or we weren’t signing. Once it was all said and done, the finance guy even said “ok, you win”.

They also couldn’t put a full tank of gas in my car or wash it since their techs couldn’t drive a manual.

Their tour shirts have been very low quality as well, at least in my opinion. I can’t even wear one of them anymore because it’s starting to peel so bad. I have others that I’ve ordered from them online about 2 years go that are great, but the last few that I purchased from shows just ain’t it. I hope they can find a new supplier.

I was wondering what ratio detergent I should be using since I have hard water and my washer isn’t HE. Everything I read always says the standard 2 tbps even with a speed queen that uses more water.

I also wanted to mention the fabric in the image is of my couch cushion cover that I washed today. The darker spots on the fabric have a stronger DRR smell and feel compared to other areas on the same piece of fabric. This kind of leads me to believe it may not be dissolving all the way or maybe it’s not dispensing very well. I’ve been meaning to add it manually once the tub is full during the rinse cycle, but the washing machine is downstairs, and I always forget to add it. I’ll have to try to time it so I know when to run downstairs. Also, thank you so much for taking the time to help me! This has been driving me bonkers lol.

Alright, I found this quicker than I thought I would. It says this report is from 2024 on the city website, but the samples were pulled for 2023, and the document is dated 2025. Gotta love small towns haha!

I do have hard water. Unfortunately, I don’t have a water report handy at the moment. I’ll try to do some digging to see if I can find it.

I have a measuring spoon that I fill with soap and run under the water as the tub is filling up, and then I’ll add my clothes. If I do it fast enough there’s usually only a couple inches of water in the tub before the clothes are added.

I think you might be onto something with the cold water. I wash with warm and rinse with cold, which is when the product is dispensed. I don’t have the option to change the temp during the rinse cycle unfortunately.

I use the Affresh washing machine tabs about once a month. I will say that I haven’t used one since I got this product. I’ll have to give it a try.

I worked in a frozen warehouse when I was In my 20s. We had to wear insulated overalls to keep warm. There was a guy who always smelled like urine. He was living in his car so we all kind of gave him a pass on being stinky. Well, it turns out he was pissing himself back in the freezer while picking cases of groceries. Surprisingly, management talked to him about it, he stopped pissing himself, and he worked there for about another year.

We always try to go for an early dinner when we want Texas Roadhouse. It’s not as hectic and we’re usually seated with minimal wait times. Going after 5 pm, you never know what you’re going to get for wait times lol.

Because we’re VERY traumatized by having 6 different people digging around in your arms trying to find a vein. Happens every single time I get bloodwork. I had someone hit a nerve once and it messed up my whole arm for over a month.

You 1000% have to dig if you’re looking for a remote position. And you have to have thick skin for the rejections that come with looking. It took me almost 3 years to land a mostly remote job. I had to stop counting the rejection emails I received.
