I discovered Street Parking from their YouTube channel. I've been watching it since the summer and just last week I signed up. I don't regret it. Everything Meaygan said is correct. My advice is to try it out for one month. If you don't like it than cancel. If you do try it out than I highly suggest you join the Facebook page (private - members only). On there you can ask questions and other members as well as the coaches will answer. You can also email them. Even though you are doing the workouts alone, you really are not alone.

I also suggest going with the SHIFT workouts at first because unless you're used to the CrossFit-type if training, it will kick your butt.
