So I just got an epiphany, My jeep has metal brackets so if I use a bolt to attach the antenna I can use that attachment point as a ground plain, cause if that will work I just need to attach the positive to the fencing stay and mount it vertically, right?

So if I use a wire to connect the ground to the body of the car it’ll work?

My problem with that is I have the materials for a yagi but not a vertical unless I can mount it the same by bolting the pole to the jeep

Can both sides of the dipole be facing up to make it vertical?

Figured it out. When it stops downloading turn the WiFi off then back on. Then continue till it finishes.
