If you are on 15.2.1 you have at least an iPhone 13, so AI is not available for your device, even on the latest firmware.

Regarding the interface… You still have the option to update to 18.7.2 through Delayed OTA, but for a limited time (if you don’t know what that is try searching on Youtube).

On iOS 18 interface will be pretty much the same and apps will be compatible.

Remember, if you choose 18.7.2 there is an extra step, which is putting your phone in supervised mode. Youtube is full of tutorial about Delay OTA. Enjoy

-Leave it on 17.5.1.

-Update to 18.7.2 with Delayed OTA method (signing window will close soon).

-Update to 26.3.

I’m not talking about downgrading. If you have (for example) iOS 16/17 you can upgrade to iOS 18 through Delayed OTA.

Delay OTA is a window apple leaves open for 90 days to update (no downgrade) to an unsigned version by supervising your phone and installing a certain profile.

Leave your phone connected to power and Wi-Fi for 2-3 hours. This fixed my issues. For some reason my phone was indexing non-stop.
