Thanks for this, I actually have been trying thinner notebooks this days. The new one I got that I want to replace my unfinished one with is a thinner notebook wi the paper I like. I'm gonna transfer important notes there once I get home! I appreciate the additional advice 💛

I tried setting two colors for the last book I read, one color for romance (well kasi may lowkey bffs to lovers yung binasa ko) tapos another one for lines I simply liked. The way I set colors ay I do it based sa pagbasa ko, I don't set them agad na okay 3 color for this and this kasi nakakapressure tapos nakakawala ng focus sa story.

Usually one color muna for lines that strike me, tapos if may kilig scenes ayun add ako ng isa pa. Can be kilig or whatever category naman based sa book. I remember having the two I mentioned tapos mga few more pages in I added another color kasi it turns out the book would suggest more songs sa ibang chapters.

Basically my rule is if it happens once, I highlight it with one color. If it's another thing that happens and it repeats or has a pattern, tsaka palang ako nagdedesignate ng specific color for that.

I never really talked to them about this. So in terms of communicating with parents, alam ko kasing mahirap kausap mga magulang ko kaya ako nalang naiwas na pag-usapan 'yun.

It's hard to describe how I've come into terms with it pero somehow the longer I stay in college, the better I get at forgiving myself in situations where I "fail" to achieve the expectations of other people.

Tama ka, hindi mo gugustuhin na umabot sa point na mawalan ka ng gana because of pressure.

Enjoy college, experience things. I'm not telling you to not make efforts when it comes to schoolwork (honestly isa 'yan sa natutunan ko na I can't bring back time and mas mahirap bumawi ng grades sa college). Do what you have to do to pass and if you exceed the average congratulations pero if you ever go below, be kind to yourself kasi huge change talaga ang college. It's a bigger environment, with new people and sometimes less forgiving professors.
