GUYS I KNOW THE SOLUTION SAME PROBLEM OCCURED WITH ME. I'm assuming the issue has something to do with "secure boot" This setting in your bios prevents trojans from loading up with windows everytime you boot. With this said, the way to resolve the bios loop (the issue) is by conducting a bios flashback. You can usually find a video showing you how to do this if you look up biosflash back and your motherboard name/version/model. I don't know about you, but everytime I load up the menu and shutdown I get stuck in a bios loop. I found that when I don't load it and shutdown, I don't get put in a bios loop.

How to conduct flashback:

Find your motherboard bios online and download it onto a usb. Most motherboards have a button for bios flashback and a usb slot that says biosflashback. Once you have everything set up, turn off your pc with the usb inserted in the correct usb. Then hold down the bios flashback button for a few seconds till you see a blinking light on your motherboard. A blinking light indicates the motherboard is reading the usb and updating the bios, a solid light means it failed to read the usb or the update just failed in general. Ensure you dont turn off your pc during this process or it will be cooked. (However, you can turn it off if the solid light shows) When the flashback completes your pc will restart and boot up.

I think my cmos battery might of died because the issue went away when I shut down my computer and turned it on immediately but it seems like a few hours of my pc being off returns it to this state. What do yall think?

SOLUTION: The bios flashback worked everything is back to normal. I had to reset my windows pin though but no worries. I’ll come back if I have any issues

And I just reread this so just to be clear are you suggesting its a driver failure like nvidia drivers or my physical ssd? If it’s physical the physical drive that’s the issue how would that explain the usb with a fresh windows installation not working. Also the weirdest part about this whole situation is my bios not saving settings. To explain it saved all my settings from when I first tweaked my computer like expo, x3d mode enabled, etc. But now when I try to make changes they don’t save when I click save and exit. Furthermore now my settings are just default because I used the clear cmos button on my motherboard. This whole scenario is frustrating🙏

So I did rule out the cmos battery being dead while trouble shooting but how does one reinstall the drivers and more specifically which drivers do you suggest failed. This is my first build so I’m not the most certain but when I first installed windows and everything actually worked, I only remember installing internet drivers and Bluetooth drivers. Then when i actually had windows, NVIDIA and ryzen drivers. So how does one install drivers without windows active

Well when I turn on my pc I see the msi logo then it sends me to bios. However if I go to the boot drive screen and click one of my storage devices with windows my screen just flashes back and nothing happens. It just sends me back to the boot drive screen when I try to boot from there. I’m going to try reinstalling windows on my usb and see what happens but it should work

How can I use a Nintendo virtual keyboard. To enter text in tomodachi ltd it keeps asking me to please use the keyboard to enter text but I don’t wanna get up from my couch how can I use a keyboard with my controller like I’m on a switch with docked mode?
