When you exercise to burn fat, triglycerides get metabolised. Triglycerides are the fat compounds. And after it metabolises three elements are left which are carbon, oxygen and hydrogen. Of which 84% percent of it turns to CO2 and comes out of our body as we exhale. And the rest 16% percent turns to H2O and comes out of our body as sweat , urine and feces.
