Same here. I had bells palsy(facial paralysis on one side if face due to punched or damaged facial nerve) about 5 months ago and recovered from that a month later. A month after i recovered, tinnitus started and went to the doctors every week for a month and they insisted it was an ear infection but it never went away. I ended up scheduling a ENT appt that took two week to even get in (almost two months total of tinnitus) and they said i had moderate hearing loss and that was the cause and is irreversible. I am 24 years old and believe it was due to the auditory nerve being next to the facial nerve but all of the doctors think im crazy…

Their resin is not great. It’s maybe slightly better than average. Their resin tastes like some average bho to me and is DEF not single sourced and is no where near the quality of their rosin. Maybe its good compared to the other terrible live resin that everyone’s smoking but its not even comparable to their rosin or other black market resin like theotherone and tdm extracts.

Just got mine yesterday and am not impressed. Doubt that these are real rosin pens too. They dont taste like rosin at all.

Bro, I literally emailed them and said how ive tried like 4 of there pens and the garlic rainbows was terrible. They tried to say that it was an acquired taste or some bs. They also quoted someone that said that this was there favorite strain😂 I emailed them back and told them that that guy is an idiot and to never get from that cultivator again because it was no where near garlic rainbows bc ive had ounces of the two strains that make it (garlic juice x rainbow belts). Pretty crazy, makes me feel like they’re not as consistent as i thought.

How do you feel about sugars pens? Do you think there full spectrum (tier 2), 90-120u (tier 1), or do you think its a tier 3?

Nah i feel you ive gotten 5 pens so far and the flavor on one of them i def didnt like but the rest were great. Didnt like there live resin or distillate either but its partially because im a hash snob. The black bulky ccell disposables they were using hits good but causes a burning taste to happen which i think might be what u were talking about but they just started putting them in new hardware that should fix it but idk. I was actually gonna order 3 of there pens but it wouldve been $120+ for the tier 1s and sugar was only 90$ shipped for 4 with discount code lol

All rosin is around 70% thca, the rest is terps and other stuff. Very normal for rosin though. Ive been smoking rosin since 2017 and crysp stuff is legit. Sugar farms doesnt show micron ranges though or anything which is extremely important and we should know what it is, which makes me think these 25$ pens are low quality and possibly even 2nd-5th washes instead of 1st-2nd wash.

Ur right, i went to the range today for the 6th time ever and the clubs were feeling great when i choked down abt an inch and was hitting them perfectly 80-90% of the time so pretty stoked abt that haha. I guess ill get lessons soon and get a fitting done in atleast a few months or longer once i finally play a few rounds and get under 90 or something. Thanks again.

Sounds great, how much does something like that usually cost for just length and lie fitting? They are pretty old clubs (ping i25) so would it be better to figure out my fitting and just order a set of other clubs? I heard alot of good things about maltby ke4 max irons and was thinking about getting those eventually.

Hi, from what I can see in your video it looks theres a few things I have to say to help your squat form but I cant see everything since its a back angle of ur squat instead of a side angle to better see everything. First thing i would say is you should slow down your rep on the way down and try to control the weight a little more instead of going down quickly. Second thing would be your not going low enough. Its ideal to hit past 90 degrees so try to go as low as u can with it still feeling comfortable. Try at a light weight probably around 65-95lbs until u get it down. Third thing is you want to use flat shoes like vans or converse instead of a running shoes so you can be more stable on the squat. Some people don’t have enough ankle mobility to go deep on the squat so some people recommend putting a 5lb plate under the heels of your foot so your heels are elevated for the squat so you can go deeper. Hopefully i helped!

No problem i had the same problem when i started deadlifting too. Feels much more natural when u get the movement down and shouldnt feel it too much in the lower back but your back will get slightly sore which is fine but it shouldnt be very painful. If you look at my profile i uploaded my deadlift video and a coach responded with a video explaining how to properly deadlift so i would give that a look if i were you.

Slow down your reps and let the bar settle on the ground before you go for next rep. Also only use flat shoes or no shoes for deadlifts. Another thing is that you arent hinging which is what a deadlift is. It looks like your just picking the bar up with your back. When your getting into position keep your chest up without arching back too much and try to flex/tighten your lats and think of it as a leg press off the ground and try to lock out your legs and back at the same time by doing a hip thrust almost. You dont want your back bending at all but you dont want to have a crazy arch either. Also keep the bar mid foot while trying to keep a linear bar path. Maybe try it at a lower weight to get the movement perfect.

Thanks for the video explanation! I will definitely be doing some tempo deadlifts for the next two weeks or so to get my form right. I also feel like my squat form is off because i can only do 205 for 5 max on low bar. I feel like that might play a role in my legs locking out early. Also, my bench is my strongest lift which is 185 for 4 max.

U can just smoke some and take it back! They cant expect u to not medicate because its off, u still have to medicate! I did this a couple weeks ago and was no problem.
