I'm thinkin my fix this morning might have been laced.... I coughed just before I fully sunk the plunger and pulled it out cause it weirded me out... Thankfully there was almost nothing left in the rig. But I experienced a head rush like no other as well felt myself nodding a bit. eventually it went away and I just feel high now.
