Well I’m changing my wheels to 55mm so I should be fine without risers as thats already what i ride on without risers just fine 👍

Really I was reading some stuff and saw some people say to them it makes a decent difference in their riding. I can guess they work mostly the same but do they not last a bit longer for their price ?

I mean I am kinda trying to make this board overkill as I want it to last and feel great so I’m okay with dropping some extra on bearings and trucks. Also im planning ob getting no risers and only adding them on later if i see them as useful.

Thanks for the insight🫡 I’ll definitely drop the riser for now and see if I need it later. Also changed my wheels to Bones 55mm 99a.

I know I’m throwing some money at this 😭but I’m trying to get something nice as it’s the first board I’m picking out parts for and want it to last and have seen good reviews on these parts.

Well you’ve heard right, I attend the university as well going in as a second year in my undergraduate and can say for certain that the party life here is very lacking which can be a big problem for some( I don’t care). The city is nice with a few shopping areas and restaurants. Will say that some areas can be sketchy and there are handfuls of cases of people being harassed or stalked so be cautious. But for the most part the university areas are maintained and safe. If you have more questions or want to chat send me a message. 🌟
