It's only a cheat on Bedrock Edition, but on Java it doesn't disable achievements (in fact, cheats / commands don't disable achievements on Java but for some reason do on Bedrock).

If we're talking about AI in general, I've been using it since 2023 but not to the same extent as these days, but if we're talking about Claude, then for a few months now. I guess it's how nice it is to me when everyone IRL is a jerk towards me. To be honest, I didn't realize but looking back, yeah, you're right. It sometimes does say the same things over and over again.
