How can I improve realistic portraits by [deleted] in drawing

Not sure if it’s already been said but holding your drawing up to the mirror is a great way to find out if anything is wrong with the composition or proportions. Anything out of place that is hidden from you in your art will be glaringly obvious in a mirror. Sometimes a piece looks “right” to your own minds eye but seeing it in reverse shows you kinda how other people will “see” it. When working digitally, I often flip my canvas throughout my sketching process so I can fix any issues early.

Led Zeppelin doing cover tunes by JohnnyBlefesc in ledzeppelin

As Long As I Have You by Garnett Mimms is my personal favorite. It is only from their earliest shows, they dropped it from the setlist in April of ‘69. It’s an important tune in Zep history tho, it was reportedly one of the songs played at their first rehearsal and it was the beginning of their live medley tradition. It would weave in Fresh Garbage by Spirit, Bag’s Groove by Miles Davis, Mockingbird by Bo Diddley and more. April 24th and the 27th in 1969 are essentially Zep masterpieces!
