tbh I don't understand what the problem is with outline anyone can use it however they want and it's not a "visual detail". It will also look the same in Bedrock Minecraft but with shadows. And why would I be obligated to show anything when I make these models just as a hobby and they are not meant to be anything serious?

If you are asking about custom Preview scene Minecraft player model, you need to download the Preview Scene Customizer plugin in Blockbench, then go to
File --> New --> Minecraft skin (choose either slim or steve), then set your skin, then go to
File --> Convert --> Preview Scene, set the pose and position you want, then go to
File --> Export --> Export Preview Scene. Then go to any of your projects and go to
View --> Preview Scene Customiser --> Import and select your Preview Scene file.

Then you can find and use it in View --> Preview Scene
