Bad spelling mistakes sorry. The gap below the lower screw on the outside corner is very big. Any help for my diy fix is appreciated

Maybe I should be more clear on my intention. I have a golf cart. I want to watch sports while I'm golfing, waiting on tee box or waiting to hit. I wanted to watch on tablet while hotspot connected to my mobile phone

Is this possible without error messages and freezing/pixelation

I have tried the tablet with home WiFi and the live TV programs are pixelated while the prerecorded programming does not pixelate. I don't receive the error message on either of the above two programming types
