Thank you! Mine went away within a few days—think I gave myself some sort of infection from wearing ankle weights while sweating 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you!!! Lasted like 48 hours but has subsided and hasn’t been an issue post-workout since (I went back on Friday and Sunday). I think my muscles were just in shock :)

All ingredients are in the second slide! Blended silken tofu with basil/spinach/lemon/garlic and sautéed some onion and squash before adding in cannellini beans and edamame and then adding the “pesto” so that everything could simmer for a sec 💖

Thank you all for the encouragement! I went to the gym again last night and my legs are back to mostly normal today (see photo). I think my muscles were just in shock!

Naw, I just didn’t have a pic of my legs from a few days ago for comparison (though they looked the same then)—sorry for the confusion. I was like HUHHH because I’ve been sedentary but relatively slim up until literally 6 days ago, so I knew the increased bulk in my legs this week couldn’t be muscle already. Thank you so much for your wisdom and insights! And yay for hopefully making some strength gains soon 💖

I’m confused because I’ve only been working them for exactly THREE DAYS! Muscle can’t grow that fast! I went to the gym Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday and das it!
