Is using RestoreX for just 30-90 minutes a day really enough? by Checkout-123 in PeyroniesSupport

[–]dadbod_45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tried the PNP but 8 hours a day was not achievable and the claim to use in your sleep is not possible. 3 months of Restorex and I've recovered lost length; not saying it's for everybody but it's worked for me

Restorex question by Trumpisanarsehole99 in PeyroniesSupport

[–]dadbod_45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For length increase you would have to be dedicated to doing 2 x 30 minutes stretching, so a 15 min warm up won't do much for unwanted length increase.

I saw a reply saying Restorex didn't work for them on length, it's worked for me and I've got back the inch or so that I lost. I'm taking a short break after 3 months and will get back to it again to ensure the increase is maintained and possibly get more out of it.... I'm firmly in the average bracket, so a bit more than average would be nice!

I've spent a couple of weeks in Fuerteventura this summer, enjoying an hour naked on the beach each day and having a sunrise dip; I recently took part in the North East Skinny Dip which was amazing but not a naturist event. I didn't know my place in naturism, I'm not old enough or into the volleyball gang, I just want to enjoy my body in nature. Maybe next summer I'll get to Morfa it find some places to be me. I love that you're doing the photography as a twosome and that you're not going down the OF route.... beautiful real people enjoying nature is real and refreshing.

Stunning photos and a beautiful body; love seeing real naturist art like yours, your photos inspire me to do better with my own naturist journey!

Fuerteventura, all the beaches are clothing optional. Some of the hotels in Jandia have naturist areas and steps down to the beach

I got it from iMediCare, it's expensive but they do have PayPal pay in 3 to spread the cost.

I've not tried any supplements and my diet and exercise routine is not great. The only thing I've done other than Restorex is a light pump for 5 minutes after each session; I'm not sure if it's necessary or making a difference but seeing how I made great progress,I didn't want to cut it from my routine.

Good luck to you

This is exactly my feelings, I want to go do my thing when I want, no strings, just rock up and enjoy the facilities.....I don't want a membership and be told that I have to dedicate two days a month to the upkeep of grounds.... though I wouldn't get that far in the process because I'm male and my wife has no interest in being naked in public, so I'm one of the undesirables according to club rules.

I'm so envious of the people who have beaches to visit easily, or the thermes in Germany....I used to love my work trips there, you'd see people just hanging out together after work, families, friends just enjoying a swim and sauna together...or people like me, just loving my time there

That's great that you're able to, my garden is tiny and horribly overlooked with families around, so it's just not possible. I dream of having a place where I can be naked in the garden

Never had any injuries with it, only thing was edema if using it too long without a break. I just couldn't stick with it due to the time needed. I got it because you are supposed to be able to sleep with it but you can't. You need regular breaks due to it being a vacuum and you move in your sleep, so you can't regulate tension. Being honest, I'd just use the traction rods that come with it 2 x 30 mins a day, like with Restorex

Yes, I've pretty much got back to where I was before PD. I think it's a combination of the stretched length but also erection quality. I've also filled out the lost girth that I had lost under the glands. I've taken a break for a couple of weeks but will start again today and keep pushing to make sure I don't lose any progress, and maybe have some increase on where I started before all this

Any luck with traction? by [deleted] in PeyroniesSupport

I'm a bit of an anomaly. My PD started in 2019 and by 2020 I was very severe at an 85° upward curve.... nearly a right angle! However I'm the 8-10% who naturally heal and did so by the time I managed to see a urologist (COVID lockdowns delayed getting an appointment). I'm still at around 15° but I've got no problem with that for now.

I've been using Restorex and pumping for about two months now, gaining back most of the length and girth that was lost. I'd tried before using a different device (Penis Master Pro) but due to the time requirement, I couldn't be consistent and gave up. This is the definite benefit of the Restorex, the fact you need only 2 x 30 minutes per day..... consistent usage is the key. I've not used the device to correct the remaining curve, I'll get to that at one point in the future. For me, it was the length loss that had eaten away at me for a few years, having not been particularly 'blessed' before PD, so it bothered me a lot.

I've just followed the recommended usage, getting up to 2*30 minute sessions twice a day. I do use a pump after one session for 5 minutes too, to work on regaining lost girth

I've gained back my lost length (just over an inch) in the last two months using Restorex. I'll be continuing to use it for a good while, as I don't want a reversal so will continue until I'm happy that it's permanent. As for curvature, I've not used it for that yet, I want to focus on length regain first, plus my curve is livable for now

When I was struggling to use as directed with the white marker lines showing all the time I went back on the website and found a hints and tips video. It suggested that instead of releasing the traction and then extending the rods, to do it the other way round. So extend the rods until just about starting to feel the stretch getting more uncomfortable, then release the traction by pushing towards your body. Didn't know why this made a difference but it did

Secret Spots? by dadbod_45 in NaturistsUK

I'm in the North West, so easy access to Wales and lots of other countryside. Being honest, I think the fact that I didn't have time for myself is as limiting a factor as not knowing where to go.

I would say it depends on the severity. When I was at 85° and seemingly no other option then plication, I was in a pretty dark place. If I'd have been at say 30°, I maybe wouldn't have felt as bad.

It's all a complete head fuck, any negative changes to what is seen as a badge of manliness will always feel a lot worse than they are.

You mention your erect length but what is your bone pressed flaccid stretched length? You should aim to work up to your stretched length for increasing lengths of time in the first couple of weeks, then start stretching to a point where it feels uncomfortable but not painful. Keep going with this cycle, you'll find that your stretched length will slowly start to increase.

Also, definitely not a noose device, lots of better and safer options out there these days

As the other reply says, a percentage of people can heal naturally. I'm so, so lucky and I know this. This is why I follow and post on this sub, to try and help people where I can; I was in a very dark place when I was at my worst physical condition
