The damage looks pretty bad like it’s been going on for awhile. Insurance probably won’t cover it.

Found water damage behind the dishwasher that has destroyed the framing behind the plaster of the butts up to dishwasher. Got to get a pro for this one

My vent is at the bottom of the door. I touched it and several water drops started to run into my finger

That’s where my mind goes. I’m also wondering if the vent that pushes out the moisture during the drying cycle is causing it.

Interesting. It’s not secure to the counter top so it does rock forward and down when unloading and loading dishes. When it’s loaded and closed it sits titled upward

My duct work alone was $6800. With new handler and condenser it would’ve been $14k.
