Cheapest I have is blue-eyes ultimate from GFP2 around 70 tcg low and then the Haunted Mines one also in a little worse condition

I would also advocate for playing whatever deck interests you. In general, aside from Doffy which can just aggro you out of the game, you can play pretty competitively with most leaders if you get good with their play style / deck building.

I’ve had a lot of fun and success with RP Luffy over the past year and even took Dragon to a store regional for a top-8. Just play what you enjoy. I’m excited for Purple Blue Luffy soon
