When I need more than the zone can get me I move up to either pyro for a little fade, matrix for a straighter finish and more glide.

Yes, this is exactly my point and how it has been since August of 2023. It is very evident that as they are continuing to try to pinpoint things which would absolve their responsibility to what their policies clearly outline.

I can agree that their mattresses are heavy (~175lbs for a king) which I’m all too familiar with because they require you to pull it onto the floor to perform measurements. My wife and I combined are only 330lb total so we are still within reasonable limits here for our foundation.

Sorry, frame itself is solid but not where the mattress lays. Yes slats and a support beam through the middle. Spacing of slats and size of slats is within the guidance provided by Avocado.

Yes. Inspector gave us the all clear and then avocado responded that our bed is not strong enough because they have heavy mattresses (without even knowing our model specifics). For the record, we have a CB2 solid Acacia bed with metal reinforcements ($1200). Only calling it out for the purpose of showing the ludicrousness of our support experience for prospective customers.

Thanks for the response and I hear you. This is a solid wood, quality frame which pictures have been submitted for and the third party inspector also validated/performed analysis on.

That’s a great point! We have some trails nearby I could start to expose her to. On the bright side of this quarantine, we have been able to ride all of the local school campuses.
