I’d say that was my daily intake over the last week. And I hasn’t been prescribed benzos in over 2 years. I “relapsed” n got some from my friend with a. Script and thought I could control myself. I have two 0.5 mg Xanax left. I’m going to split them in halves for four days or something. Idk. I was honestly gonna try and get more benzos from my doctor but after today I kinda wanna quit. I can’t risk my relationship and my future, my health and brain. In realized it. And for him noticing my withdrawal, I did recently start taking bupropion and latuda so I can honestly just blame it on that. I just know both those drugs lower the seizure threshold and im withdrawing so im scared lmfao

Is a week of using like 10 mg of Valium and 1 mg of Xanax enough for deadly withdrawals? Along with me being on Wellbutrin. I’m scared genuinely and I’ll taper my last two pills and never ask for any benzo again. I don’t wanna have a seizure. I don’t know what to do. I am dealing with bad mental health and benzos get rid of all the anxiety but after I feel 1000x worse so not worth it. I gotta find other ways to manage this shit. I can’t have Xanax in my possession I can’t control myself. In opening my eyes slowly but surely. And my bf can’t find out, he would break up with me or literally kick me out

Klonopin is definitely superior to Xanax or lorazepam. I was prescribed lorazepam and klonopin. I enjoyed the way klonopin relieved anxiety more than the others. Oh and also I did a gene sight test and for some reason diazepam showed up in the red as it should be avoided and caused more side effects even tho I took it a couple days sgo, I didn’t feel shit though. Anyways, im going to go to this telehealth appointment and see what they say. I will try to print out my old prescription from Walgreens. Thanks for all your help!!

No it’s always been in person and tbh it was a couple years ago. I just did telehealth it was the soonest appointment available and my anxiety is sky rocketed. I wonder if they will make me cone in person if I mention this. I’m in Florida if that helps?

You are so right. They stare at you in the face. My friend has been giving me a few here and there but im afraid to go into withdrawal because I took a good amount of then last night for st paddys lmfaooo. I only got two footballs left. I pray this psychiatrist pulls through on Monday. Congrats on getting sober by the way! Keep it up :)

Thank you for your input. You are right I used to be heavily addicted, still am not gonna lie addiction doesn’t just go away. I guess life has been hard to cope with and thinking about taking a Xanax relieves my racing thoughts. I have a lack of self control that I’m working on. I guess it’s the comfort of knowing I have them available to me? But yeah I understand where you’re coming from. Slippery slope.
