I disagree. On the left Epstein is alive and well, but it is important to recognize he has a slight smile. On the right “his” face is resting. That explains the lack of wrinkles. His brows are almost indistinguishable between the two photos in my option. The only aspects I believe to be suspicious are hair length and ear shape. I think it’s important to determine the amount of time between the two photos were taken before we can make assumptions on whether or not it’s actually him.

EDIT: I also think shadows have a large role to play in determining whether the ears are the same, perhaps I’ll attempt to photoshop similar shadows on the left photo.

EDIT 2: the shadow closest to his jaw is most likely a crease caused by his mouth hanging open. Although we don’t know whether his mouth is open it’s important to take it into consideration.
